Adulterated fertiliser seized

Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) personnel seized 285 sacks of adulterated fertiliser from a truck at Sultanganj under Godagari upazila of the district yesterday. Acting on a tip-off, BDR men took position at Sultanganj on Chapainawabganj-Rajshahi highway at noon and stopped the truck that was carrying the adulterated MOP fertiliser. No one was arrested in this connection. Another team of the border guards recovered 1380 bottles of phensidyl from Chhoyroshia village in Shibgonj upazila on Friday night.
