Four bodies recovered in Mymensingh

Police recovered four bodies, including of a mother and her three-year-old girl, from different areas of Bhaluka upazila in Mymensingh this afternoon.

The dead were identified as Sinthia Akter, 26, a housewife and her daughter Ayesha Akter, 3, garment worker Nurunnahar, 42, and Abdullah, 10, reports our Mymensingh correspondent quoting police.

Md Kamal Hossain, officer-in-charge of Bhaluka Model Police Station, said police recovered the bodies of Sinthia and Ayesha after breaking open the door of their home in Jamirdia Dakhhinpara area of Bhaluka.

Police also recovered the body of garment worker Nurunnahar who died after falling from the roof of a three-storey building this afternoon while she was putting her clothes out to dry.

Police recovered the body of schoolboy Abdullah. The body was found hanging from the ceiling in his home this afternoon.

Separate cases were lodged with the police station, the OC added.
