Don’t want corrupt people in national polls: ACC

The Anti-Corruption Commission does not want to see any identified corrupt as a candidate in the national election.

"We don't expect any known corrupts taking part in the elections," ACC Chairman Mohammad Mohiuddin Abdullah said while replying to a question at a views- exchange meeting at the ACC headquarters in Dhaka.

The ACC will not show leniency to any individual who amass black money, he said.
