Pretty soon BNP will come up with another excuse to agitate in the name of fighting for the people's right while doing the exact opposite by inflicting hardships upon them. Had the AL been in the opposition, it would have done the same. It's a vicious cycle that just keeps getting repeated because people continue to vote for them and as long as that happens, you can forget about democratic norms.

It is not only a way to win vote but also to loot the country. These two parties are looting ordinary people's money. They are shameless. People had high expectation from AL government but they have cheated the people. What will happen if BNP comes to power? The answer is simple: worse!
Now it is time to have new leaders with new visions.

“We are ready to hold talks..." If that is true then what is she (leader of the opposition) waiting for? She must join the parliament with all her MPs and start the talk on election procedure without any delay, because time is running out.

Not that it matters to them, but this is now on record. Even so, I'm sure, they will deny ever having said this. Personally, I feel that these are all scripted responses made to appease diplomats.
