Essence of Rumi's teachings

Dewan Syed Abdur Rob has pointed out that the lessons of Rumi should be highlighted in order to adopt those values in our daily life. However, his point of view that all religions are competing with each other to establish their faith needs clarity. Even if all the major religions quit the race with each other, the problems will not be resolved. It is because our perceptions of religious values are not clear.
We should be tolerant and respect diversity. These values should be spread among people, which will improve the quality of our life and will bring balance in our material as well as spiritual life. This is one of the core essences of Rumi's work.
