People should be on guard
Certainly, October 5-6 were days of historic significance. The opposition leader was threatening non-cooperation and called for a resistance movement to settle the poll-time government issue and the PMs of Bangladesh and India were looking for ways to increase cooperation between the two neighbouring countries for their development.
The opposition leader's stance aside, the people have been watching whether the two governments would be fully transparent in pursuing the plan for environmental protection in the Rampal project area.
