Pay wages, bonus to RMG workers before Eid

The Muslims' biggest religious festival Eid-ul-Fitr is around the corner. RMG workers are supposed to get their wage and bonus ahead of the Eid. This year BGMEA requested all the RMG factory owners to pay wages to their employees at least one week prior to the Eid.
In the previous years we have seen anomalies in paying workers their due wages before Eid. Many owners didn't pay bonus to their employees. As a result, workers got angry and held protest demonstrations against this. This time, the government and others concerned should pay special attention to this issue so that RMG workers get paid in time.
