Power price hike to dash digital dream

The government has yet again increased the power tariff by 7%. This is the sixth time that power tariff has increased in the last two years. It is the common people who are bearing the brunt of various types of price hikes every now and then. This government has promised to make ours a 'digital' country. How on earth are we supposed to use internet, if we can't even turn on our computers, dreading the bill?
