Receptions that cause people to suffer

We appreciate the decision taken by the government that schoolchildren can not be lined up on the streets to welcome ministers or any public representatives. It's so shameful that schoolchildren were forced to stand in line under the scorching sun without any food. We always give importance to one person while ignoring others' basic rights. We give reception to MPs blocking roads when patients waiting in the ambulances fight with death. Students are late at school, employees are late at office because roads are blocked to receive MPs or ministers. The government should make laws against this type of public nuisance.
