Right to free movement denied

It appears that Dhanmondi ceases to be a part of Dhaka after 11 pm. All the roads to Mirpur road and Satmasjid road have barriers raised against traffic. This violates my constitutional right to free movement inside the Republic. In particular, it makes life very difficult for rickshaw-pullers, who are also citizens of this country.
I strongly urge the authorities to withdraw these nocturnal barriers to movement. We have equal right to egress and ingress in this country.
