“Atal” is the first full-length production from Shamim’s own production company, Darbar Sharif. He wrote, directed, produced and edited the film. Nayeem Tusher plays the lead role and also served as the cinematographer.

The 48th Moscow International Film Festival will run from April 16 to 23. Shamim and Nayeem Tushar are scheduled to leave for Moscow on April 16, with “Atal” set to be screened on April 19.
