Pakistani singer Atif Aslam, who returned to Dhaka ahead of his concert, attended a press conference yesterday, where he spoke about his admiration for Bangladeshi music legend Runa Laila and expressed his hope for a future collaboration between Coke Studio Pakistan and Coke Studio Bangla.

A fraud case has been filed in a Dhaka court against organisers, including a co-founder of Main Stage Inc, following the cancellation of Pakistani singer Atif Aslam's December 13 concert and the alleged failure to refund tickets.

While the tickets for the event, titled "Magical Night 2.0", have already been “sold out”, major concerns now loom over both the security of fan data and the actual availability of tickets.

Best known for his songs written for Pakistani and Indian cinemas, Atif Aslam's distinctive smoky voice and vocal belting style are enough to make us swoon and tug at our heartstrings.
