Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury told The Daily Star on Monday that national team head coach Chandika Hathurusingha claimed to have been “misrepresented” in an interview published on ESPNcricinfo on Sunday.

During an exclusive interview with Mazhar Uddin of The Daily Star, former Pakistan cricketer Aamer Sohail candidly about his memories associated with Bangladesh and things that need to be done for the progress of the country’s cricket alongside a few other topics.

"We are not going for that model as it won’t be sustainable,” BCB CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury told reporters.

“At the beginning of the series, we spoke about what we have done before and that we want to do better than that. So, in that sense, I think this is a very successful tour,” Bangladesh coach Chandika Hathurusingha reflected on how it went for the Tigers in their final series of 2023.
