Acclaimed actors Afzal Hossain and Afsana Mimi, both known for their widely praised work on OTT platforms, are set to share the screen in Chorki’s upcoming original title, “Rongin Shurma”.

Renowned Indian actor Saswata Chattopadhyay is set to debut in the Bangladeshi entertainment industry with the upcoming Chorki original series “Gulmohor”, directed by Syed Ahmed Shawki. The family mystery-drama, which marks Shawki’s return to the director’s seat after nearly three years, will premiere on the streaming platform at midnight on May 15.

Director Nuhash Humayun shared through a press release, "After committing a sin, some people feel remorse, while others don’t. In ‘Waqt’, I’ve delved into this psychological aspect. Writing and directing the story was a challenging experience for me. The narrative revolves around five main characters, which makes it particularly demanding. Even working with one character can be tough, let alone five. However, thanks to everyone’s support, I believe the project turned out well."
