No sooner had he completed the project than he began preparing for his next film, “Rakkhosh”. For weeks, speculation swirled around the question of who would be cast as the female lead. Although names like Prarthona Fardin Dighi and Sabnam Faria circulated, the makers took their time finalising the actor. Finally, putting the rumours to rest, a source close to the production confirmed yesterday that Tollywood actress Idhika Paul will star in the role.

As fans eagerly awaited news of her next big-screen project, reports surfaced that she had signed on for “Rakkhosh”, directed by Mehedi Hassan Hridoy—best known for “Borbaad”.

Director Mehedi Hasan Hridoy, who garnered widespread attention last Eid-ul-Fitr with “Borbaad” starring Shakib Khan, is preparing a new action feature titled “Rakkhosh” (Monster).
