India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi performs asana on International Day of Yoga in Srinagar.

Millions of people around the world will roll out their yoga mats on June 21 to mark the fourth edition of International Yoga Day.

Students of engineering colleges and technical institutes in India will have to take part in yoga, sports or other socially relevant activities in addition to their regular academics to be awarded a degree.

Indian High Commission in Dhaka celebrated the third International Day of Yoga at Bangabandhu National Stadium with around 4,000 participants.

Notwithstanding drizzle for about 20 minutes, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi performs yoga in Lucknow, capital city of India’s largest state Uttar Pradesh, joining celebrations of International Yoga Day.

Yoga is a spiritual discipline which focuses on bringing harmony between the mind and body. On 21 June 2015, in association with the United Nation System in Bangladesh and Bangladesh Yoga Association, the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre commemorated the event at the Bangladesh National Museum.
