Eighty-four migrants are still missing after an inflatable craft sank off the coast of Libya, according to survivors cited by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Italy's navy says it has rescued 52 migrants from a sinking rubber dinghy in the Mediterranean, but about 50 others are missing.

A total of 741 migrants travelling in six boats have been rescued off Sicily, the Italian coastguard says.
