Australian Foreign Affairs Minister Marise Payne will arrive in Dhaka tomorrow on a three-day official visit to attend Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) Blue Economy ministerial meeting as well as to meet Bangladesh high-ups to address the Rohingya issue.
