The festival opens today with Desh Natok’s production “Darpane Sharatshashi”, directed and supervised by Kamal Ahmed.

Padatik Natya Sangsad will host the annual Syed Badruddin Hossain Memorial Theatre Festival and Award Ceremony from June 25 to 30 in memory of late theatre personality, language movement activist, educator and lifelong Padatik president Syed Badruddin Hossain.

The play was not only about raising awareness but also sought to change societal perceptions of people with autism and other disabilities. The team behind "Prerona" hoped the audience would rethink their approach toward those with special needs, transforming their black-and-white world into a colorful one filled with possibilities. As the saying goes, "It takes a village," and the creators of "Prerona" believe collective action can create a more inclusive society.

Padatik Natya Sangsad Bangladesh staged their popular production “Shey” on March 29 evening at the Experimental Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy.

“Macbeth”, a popular production by Padatik Natya Sangsad (TSC) will be staged at a four-day Shakespeare Festival organised by the Department of Drama of Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata from March 17-20. Padatik will stage the play at Jorasanko Thakur Bari on March 19.
