Can't we review and edit the sub-clause 5 of Article 102 of the Constitution? It sounds unfair not having a chance to appeal and HC's not having jurisdiction to exercise power on the application of any person aggrieved by the action of a military court. May I request a knowledgeable lawyer (or whoever has expertise on this) to comment on that?
