Where have those online train tickets gone?

I was trying to buy Bangladesh Railways' online ticket from esheba.cnsbd.com. It opens at 9 am. Strangely enough, I could not buy any “SNIGDHA” ticket for Turna train, neither for Dhaka-Chittagong route, nor for Chittagong-Dhaka route, just 2 minutes after the opening of ticket sale.
Where have all the tickets gone just within two minutes? The government must have taken steps to stop black marketing of tickets. I believe if the media investigate the issue and publish reports on it, it would put government under pressure and eventually the government would do something about it.
