Where public risk life to cross road...
The footbridge on the staff road had to be removed to build the Mirpur flyover, which has created a major problem for those who would cross the road frequently using that bridge. However, the authorities have built a series of miniature speed-breakers there. But those are not helping the pedestrians. The vehicles barely slow down to give the pedestrians a chance to cross the road. So the miniature speed-breakers are of little help for pedestrians compared to the footbridge. Therefore, I would sincerely ask the authorities concerned to look into the matter for ensuring pedestrians' safety.
