Flood hampers pry edn in shoals
Primary education virtually comes to a halt in the shoals and low-lying areas of four upazilas here during the monsoon every year due to stagnant floodwater.
This year, rainwater remained stagnant for about three months in these areas hampering education of 17,325 students in 99 primary schools.
