Rice for poor during Eid
The government sanctioned 130 metric tons (MTs) of rice for poor people in Bandarban hill district on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Azha.
Official sources said each family will get 10 kilogram of rice for per VGF card.
According to the local relief office, a total of 13,000 VGF cards have been sanctioned for 29 union councils and two municipalities.
