Cheat caught for second time

Haque had gone to Ramganj Bazar in Nilphamari Sadar upazila. People detained him on suspicion and called police. During interrogation he confessed that he was not an army officer.

Earlier, on December 1 last year, Moinul Haque was arrested for cheating a cloth trader at Bhabaniganj Haat by falsely identifying himself a Detective Branch inspector.

He was released on bail on January 25.

He is the son of Yasin Ali of Harial Kuthi, Jumma Para in Taragonj upazila in Rangpur district.
