CARITAS rejoinder
CARITAS has given a rejoinder to a Daily Star report headlined 'CARITAS closing its Modhupur silk factory, sericulture project', published on the National Page on March 21.
The rejoinder issued from its Dhaka office said the report is not correct.
As per sustainability plan of the project and following agreement with the donor, the project will be continued, the rejoinder said.
It said, the reporter quoted Mr. Jarum Sattan Howlader as factory manager whereas Mr. Jerome Saytten Howlader is the project manager.
