Rafi gets scholarship
Syed Sami-ul-Haque (Rafi) secured fourth place on the combined merit list in the talent pool at Junior Scholarship Examination 2003 from Udyan High School in Barisal.
Rafi, son of Sayeda Shamima Haque and Engineer Syed Anowarul Haque of Bangladesh Bank, Barisal, is now a Class IX student at Residential Model College in Dhaka.
He is the grandson of Anowara Mahbub and late Sayed Mahbubul Haque, a valiant freedom fighter and leading businessman in Magura.
