Prime accused in Babu murder case arrested

Khulna thana police arrested him along with his two armed associates from the railway police station area on charge of assaulting and giving death threat to a Public Works Department (PWD) contractor for not paying them their demanded toll amounting to 50,000 taka.

At that time PWD contractor Rabiul Islam was supervising the renovation work of the railway police station building, police sources told this correspondent. A mason who was working there informed police about the incident over phone from a nearby shop.
