Gang leader shot dead by rivals in Meherpur

Police said Aktarul Islam, 35, leader of a gang of criminals, came under attack when he was holding a meeting with his associates at his house.His rivals stormed into his house and shot him point blank. His accomplices managed to escape.

Police recovered the body and sent it to Meherpur Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
