RU teachers march on campus to press demands

The other demands are immediate expulsion of the 'unruly students' and punishment to teachers who use students for political interest.

They also held a rally which was addressed by, among orhers, Prof Abdus Salam, Prof Nazrul Islam and Prof Zahid Hossain.

The speakers condemned discourteous behaviour and destructive activities of some students and demanded their expulsion from the university.
