Trade course for sex workers

The 45-day trade courses began on April 11. In the first phase 25 sex workers took part in the training courses on sewing, duck and hen raising and goat rearing.

The courses had been aimed at creating alternative employment opportunities on self-help basis. There are 73 sex workers here and all of them wanted to rehabilitate socially. They will be offered training opportunities in phases.
