One year RI for filing false case

District Judge Rafiq-or-Rahman Patwary handed down the punishment to Nuru Farazi of Nachopara village in Kalapara upazila on Monday for filing a false case against his four neighbours in 2000 on a land dispute.

The case was proved false in police investigation, sourt sources said.
