Khulna citizens asked to submit bio-data

KMP announced recently to submit each citizen's bio-data and a copy of passport size photograph with a view 'to improving the law and order situation'. 'It is a new tactics to detect criminals hiding among people', the acting police commissioner told this correspondent.

Each citizen must also submit citizenship and character certificates besides bio-data as per the instruction.
