5 hurt in bomb blast

According to police sources and local people, unidentified people kept a strong bomb in the meat-safe of the kitchen room of Nepal Chandra Shah. While the family members were taking their breakfast, the bomb exploded with a bang. The roof of the tin-shed house was also blown away.

The injured are Nepal Chandra, Hori Chandra, Horendra Das, Dhan Chandra Das, Basi Rani and Poornina Rani Das. In a critical condition Hori Chandra Das was admitted to Banchharampur Upazila Health Complex and the rest were released after first aid.
