Brahmanbaria deputy commissioner (DC) Md Younusur Rahman was the chief guest, while additional police super (ASP) Md Jahangir Hossain and poet Maruful Islam were special guests.

The conference was also addressed, among others, by ADC (general) Mia Abdulla Memun, drama writer Mazedul Awal, ex-state minister advocate Humayun Kabir, advocate Hamidur Rahman PP, advocate Md Shafiqul Islam, special PP, district Red Crescent president Abdul Wahid Khan, district Nagrik Committee president advocate Abdus Samad, Professor Md Mojibur Rahman principal of Bramanbaria Government College, journalist Muhammad Musa and poet Md Joydul Hussain.

Later, a cultural function was also held at night on the day.
