Autopsy report missing from case docket

Rawshan Ara was allegedly burnt to death for dowry by her husband Ruhul Amin, at Shivashuni village in Tala upazila on November 22, 2002.

Victim's father Abdul Mazid filed a case with Tala police accusing Ruhul Amin and four others. Police submitted charge sheet against two persons including Amin.

Since then the autopsy report is missing.

Complainant of the case Abdul Mazid told this correspondent that the judge suspended the trial due to this.
