Body of Bangladeshi handed over to BDR
Indian Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday handed over the body of a Bangladeshi to Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) at a flag meeting held in Jhenidah border.
Conflicting reports are available about the death of Khirod Kumar, 28, of Baliakandi village in Rajbari.
The BSF claimed that he had fallen sick in Gouhati in India on November 1 and died subsequently.
But other sources alleged that he died from torture by BSF. Khirod Kumar was arrested by BSF on November 1 in Jabadpur in India.
