Members of notorious Samir Bahini backed by ruling party men beat a tea stall owner and cut his tendons of legs on Monday for refusing to pay toll.

Khokon Mia is fighting for life at Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital. He is the son of Abdur Rob.
