Photojournalist killed in road mishap

Mujibur was fatally injured when his motorcycle was knocked down by a Dhaka-bound coming from the opposite direction. He died on the spot. The killer bus sped away.

Mujibur was also the organizing secretary of Mymensingh unit of Bangladesh Photo Journalists Association (BPJA). Police recovered the body and sent it to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital (MMCH) morgue for autopsy. He is the son of Abdul Majid.

Mujibur left behind his wife two sons.

In separate messages, BPJA, Mymensingh Reports Unity, Mymensingh Press Club and other local units of journalists associations condoled the death and demanded arrest of the killer.
