Elderly woman killed while saving son
Unidentified miscreants slaughtered an eighty-year old woman at her house at Nebugati village in Monirampur upazila in Jessore on Tuesday night.
The dead victim is Shubhasi Biswas, widow of late Krishnapada Biswas.
She was killed while trying to save her son Parimol Biswas,45, from the clutch of abductors. The abductors killed her for raising a hue and cry to foil the abduction bid.
