South Ctg BNP union leaders' confce begins today

The council is a part of BNP programme to spread its politics of development, growth and construction to the grass-root levels, organizers said.

BNP Standing Committee member and former minister Lt. Col (retd) Oli Ahmad (Bir Bikrom) MP will be the chief guest at the conference to be chaired by BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Tarique Rahman, sources said.

A total of 676 representatives from eight thanas, 120 unions and 27 wards in three municipalities will attend the conference, the sources said.
