30 airguns recovered from covered van

The officer-in-charge of the police station, Aslam Hossain, said he searched a covered van out of suspicion and found the 30 airguns illegally brought from India.

The arrested persons are Saidur Rahman of Andulia village and Hafizur Rahman of Panchnamona village in Chowgacha upazila.

They admitted to police that they were carrying the smuggled airguns to Dhaka.
