ACC in denial mode

ACC bins the TIB's latest report of corruption in Bangladesh as usual. According to the report, Bangladesh dropped two notches down in the graft index as the country could not fulfil its promises of curbing corruption and was ranked 14th in the global graft index. ACC chairman rejected the survey report and said the allegation was baseless and that the anti-graft commission was more proactive than ever before. My question to ACC is how long will they turn a blind eye to corruption when it is pervasive in every sector of the country?
