An exceptional public servant

A feature on Nazrul Islam, a superintendent of police, was published in the daily Prothom Alo's Anno Alo on 29th November, 2013. He saved an innocent couple (Shahin-Sajani) who were falsely charged in a maid kidnapping case and sentenced to jail term. 
We remember the story of innocent Falu Miah of Barisal who was jailed for 21 years. These stories are really shocking and I would like to urge the authorities concerned to be more careful and sincere in rendering their services. A small mistake by them can destroy a happy family. At the same time, we would like to salute police officers like Nazrul for telling us a positive story in the midst of many sad incidents which are being committed by our police force.
