Arrest and try killers of RU teacher

On November 15, 2014, professor AKM Shafiul Islam of Rajshahi University was murdered inhumanly on his way home. A militant group calling itself Mujahideen fi Sabililillah claimed the responsibility for his murder on their Facebook page Ansar Al Islam Bangladesh- 2. Police didn't identify the culprits yet. It is so shocking that three professors of the Rajshahi University have been killed by miscreants in the last decade. Prof. Muhammad Yunus of Economics department was murdered in 2004 while Prof. S Taher Ahmed of the Geology and Mining department was murdered on February 1, 2006. If the miscreants are not brought to justice, such incident may happen again. We demand justice for these three murders.
