ACI Properties Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Edotco Bangladesh Co Ltd, the country’s leading digital infrastructure services provider, to offer its employees residential property and rental support services through Sereno Levande, a brand of ACI Properties.

Under the three-year agreement, Edotco employees will receive dedicated relationship management, personalised property advisory, complimentary property verification, guided property viewings, priority access to selected listings, and partner campaigns and offers from Sereno Levande.

Al Batuni Mohammad Sayed Ahmed, country managing director of Edotco Bangladesh, and Tanvir Shahriar Rimon, director of digital real estate and property management services at ACI Properties, signed the MoU at the former’s corporate headquarters in Dhaka recently, according to a press release.

“We are pleased to partner with Edotco to provide its employees with a more trusted, structured and seamless approach to their housing needs,” Tanvir said.

“Through this collaboration, we aim to combine access to quality property options with professional advisory and end-to-end support, making the home-finding journey more efficient and convenient,” he added.

Al Batuni said employee wellbeing extends beyond the workplace and includes creating a sense of security and peace of mind, with a home being an important part of that stability.

“Through this partnership, we aim to make housing decisions easier for our employees by providing them with trusted guidance, reliable services and greater convenience,” he added.

ACI Properties is building an integrated, technology-enabled property services ecosystem aimed at bringing greater trust, convenience and professionalism to Bangladesh’s property sector.

Through Sereno Levande, the company provides residential rental, serviced apartment, property management, property buying and selling, corporate housing and commercial space solutions.

Al Rizwan Hamid Quraishi, HR director; Nahmida Yesmin Pingky, head of sales programme and demand generation at ACI PLC; Nishat Islam, head of corporate brand strategy; and Mia Khairuddin, manager of B2B relations at ACI Properties, were also present.
