Airtel Bangladesh rebrands as Cirkle
Airtel Bangladesh has rebranded as Cirkle, ushering in a new chapter for the brand while retaining its 016 number series and existing customer services.
The new identity is built around authentic friendships, shared experiences and digital connectivity, reflecting the evolving ways Bangladesh’s young generation connects, according to a press release.
Airtel has long maintained a strong presence among the country’s youth through mobile connectivity, digital services, entertainment and youth-focused engagement.
Cirkle aims to build on that base with new offers, enhanced digital capabilities and future-ready services, while existing services will continue without disruption.
Customers’ 016 numbers will remain unchanged, and their mobile financial service (MFS) wallets, bank accounts, transactions and personal information will remain active and secure.
Customers can access the new digital experience through the My Cirkle app, while existing digital services will continue as usual.
According to the brand, the rebranding marks a change in identity rather than in the connectivity customers know.
Cirkle aims to deepen its engagement with Bangladesh’s digitally connected youth and take its network and services into a new era.
Its new promise is “Real Connection Always ON”.
