DBH Finance opens new branch in Jashore

DBH Finance PLC (DBH), the country’s specialist housing finance institution, has recently expanded its footprint with the inauguration of a new branch at Salauddin Tower on RN Road in Jashore.

The new outlet is the financial institution’s 18th branch, according to a press release.

Nasimul Baten, managing director and chief executive officer of the financial institution, inaugurated the branch as the chief guest.

The branch will provide home loans and fixed deposit services to customers in Jashore and the surrounding areas, enabling easier access to DBH’s specialised financial solutions.

Formerly known as Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Limited, DBH Finance PLC has maintained the highest AAA credit rating for 21 consecutive years, reflecting its strong financial fundamentals and stability.

The company offers both conventional home loan products and shariah-compliant Islamic housing finance, reinforcing its commitment to meeting the diverse financing needs of customers seeking home ownership.

Other senior officials of the institution, along with leading real estate developers from the Jashore region, also attended the inauguration ceremony.
