Sammilito Islami Bank holds 4th board meeting

Sammilito Islami Bank PLC held its 4th meeting of the board of directors at City Centre, Motijheel in Dhaka today.

Mohammad Ayub Mia, chairman of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC, presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

At the invitation of the board, the administrators of five banks currently undergoing the merger process with Sammilito Islami Bank PLC attended the meeting.

Members of the board of directors of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC were also present, along with the executive director of the Bank Resolution Department of Bangladesh Bank.
