Banglalink partners with CliniCall to offer digital healthcare via MyBL

Users to access consultations, tests and medicine delivery through app

Banglalink has signed a partnership agreement with CliniCall Limited to make a range of digital healthcare services available to users through its MyBL app.

The agreement aims to expand access to healthcare by integrating services such as doctor consultations, medicine delivery, laboratory tests and insurance options into Banglalink’s digital platform, addressing demand for affordable and accessible care across the country, says a press release.

Under the partnership, CliniCall Limited will provide healthcare services to MyBL users through subscription-based plans designed to be simple and cost-effective. The initiative aligns with Banglalink’s strategy to extend digital connectivity into everyday services beyond telecommunications.

The agreement was signed at Banglalink’s headquarters, Tiger’s Den. Those present from Banglalink included Golam Kibria, chief digital officer; Taimur Rahman, chief corporate and regulatory affairs officer; and Rafiq Ahmed, growth and engagement director. CliniCall was represented by Parvez Ahmed, chief operating officer, and Shaba Shams, head of technology.

Golam Kibria said,
“Healthcare accessibility remains a critical challenge for millions across Bangladesh. Through our partnership with CliniCall, we are bringing quality healthcare services directly to our customers’ fingertips. This initiative reflects our commitment to go beyond connectivity and create meaningful digital solutions that address real-life needs. Through initiatives like this, MyBL is transforming into a comprehensive lifestyle platform where healthcare serves as a cornerstone of everyday wellness.”

The partnership seeks to reduce barriers such as distance, time and cost by allowing users to access multiple healthcare services through a single digital platform.
